EcoTech Displays 

EcoTech Displays is the new out of home advertising option with a “green” difference. Each EcoTech display unit doubles as a receptacle for cigarette waste. For advertisers this means that at the same time your ad is bringing in new customers, you’re also helping to get rid of unsightly and toxic chemical pollutants. 

Each EcoTech Display unit is made of glavanized steel with a separate interior steel compartment for cigarette waste. The advertising display space, which measures 8½ ” x 12,” is contained behind shatter resistant clear plexiglass. 

The Network 

Currently there are approximately 155 EcoTech Display units installed at high traffic locations throughout Manhattan. Additional units are currently being installed in Queens with plans for further expansion within the other boroughs by later this summer. EcoTech Displays also has units currently in Chicago and DC, with plans to be in other top markets across the country by 2012.

Primarily located outside of restaurants and bars right now, these displays work for all type of different locations (office building, malls, movie theatres, airports, retail stores, in parks & etc). EcoTech Display units are designed to connect with young professional consumers where they work and play. Visible to both smokers and passersby, EcoTech displays can reach thousands of consumers every day. And because the network is concentrated in a relatively small area, EcoTech can provide repeated impressions in a short amount of time.
